The GuliKit electromagnetic joystick, which perfectly fits the Steam Deck OLED console, features a hall effect sensor with very high precision within ±2 degrees. In the no-dead zone state, the joystick may not return to the exact center (0,0) due to its physical structure.

Before installation, please discharge the Steam Deck OLED battery to below 10% and remove the SD card. The joystick comes with installation caps that preserve the original touch functionality of the Steam Deck OLED.

Calibrating the joystick is easy. If the light point is off-center, simply press the small switch on the joystick plate to calibrate it. Follow the simple installation and calibration steps outlined in the product description pictures.

If you experience a clicking sound when making a full circle, it's likely due to the entanglement between the wire and the base of the joystick. Try bending the contact point between the wire and the base to avoid this. If the issue persists, please reach out to us for after-sales support.
